On a hot summer day, "Frozen Peach Jello Ice Cream Pie" would be a delightful dessert to a light dairy meal.  Thanks to Jackie Meyer Berman for sharing so many recipes from her friends in "Maternal Instincts."

Frozen Peach Jello Ice Cream Pie

1 pint vanilla ice cream

1 pkg. frozen peaches or strawberries

1 pkg. lemon Jello

1 c. boiling water

lady fingers or vanilla wafers

For crust, line pie plate with lady fingers cut in half or crushed vanilla wafers. 

Boil 1 cup water & mix with Jello.

Add ice cream & peaches. Fold into Jello/water mix.

Pour into crust & refrigerate.
